Tasty is not a health website, per se. They provide short instructional videos on delicious recipes. Often, these are geared towards certain dietary restrictions (ie- low sodium, gluten free, low sugar, etc), which can be extremely useful for patients living with chronic conditions that dictate their diet. The Mighty is a website that shares stories about those with mental illness and provides resources on how to cope with them. Their Facebook page shares posts about different studies, stories, and other materials regarding varying forms on mental illness, and how their readers can help manage their illnesses.
