Deliver concierge pharmacy services with cutting-edge, medication safety technology.
What is the MedWise Advisor Program?
The MedWise Advisor Program elevates the role of the pharmacist in medication safety and preventive healthcare. With this program, certified MedWise Advisor pharmacists deliver personalized, enhanced clinical services in the pharmacy setting. Certified MedWise Advisor pharmacists conduct Medication Safety Reviews™ with their patients, which are designed to identify simultaneous, multi-drug interactions and present meaningful opportunities for improved medication safety.
Certified MedWise Advisor pharmacists use MedWise™ and PrescribeWellness platforms, along with an array of decision support tools such as the MedWise Risk Score™. MedWise is interoperable with industry-leading electronic health records.
Pharmacists participate in Tabula Rasa HealthCare University’s MedWise Advisor Certificate Program to receive clinical and operational training for providing medication risk mitigation services in various care settings. The training consists of self-paced ACPE-accredited courses. Upon successful completion of the program, pharmacists become MedWise certified. For more information, contact Learn@TRHC.com.

The results of TRHC’s recent peer-reviewed publication found that each unit of change in the MedWise™ Risk translated to over $1,000 in annual medical spend, including 3 ED visits and 2 hospitalizations more per 100 patients per year. Thus, reducing the MedWise Risk Score™ for your patients will improve patient outcomes.
