December 15, 2015 – PrescribeWellness, the cloud-based services company whose mission is to inspire collaboration for better health announced an expansion of the company as they continue to add hundreds of new clients every month.

PrescribeWellness is expected to be working directly with over ten thousand independent community pharmacies by the end of 2016, hitting another milestone for one of America’s fastest growing privately held companies. With this growth, PrescribeWellness has added several new associates to their client support team including the hiring of Hesham Elbarmawi. Elbarmawi will lead the department as its new Director.

Elbarmawi will direct the PrescribeWellness Client Support team to implement infrastructure improvements to existing operations that will meet the needs of existing customers and expand as the company continues to grow.

During his tenure as Senior Manager at Cerner, Elbarmawi successfully re-built and managed the technical support department for Cerner’s retail pharmacy software and hardware. His responsibilities included strategic planning, client satisfaction, scorecards, technical operations, project management, infrastructure deployment, help desk, customer care, hiring, and procurement. He was able to achieve a 93% client satisfaction rating, with the same day turnaround rate of 89%.

Prior to working for Cerner, Elbarmawi managed quality projects for UST Global from 2004-2009 and managed customer service operations for Gerber Technology from 1992-2000. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physics and Solid State Electronics from The American University in Cairo.
